Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
- If canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the return process once you receive your order.
30-Day Return Period
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or no longer need the item, you can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Eligibility:

- The item should be in original packaging.
- The item must be in a resalable condition.
If a return is requested after the 30-day period, a deduction may apply based on the condition of the returned item.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned items.

Exchange Process
- Damaged Items: If your item was damaged during delivery, it can be exchanged. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Orders: If you ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
- Customer-Damaged Items: We do not offer free exchanges for items damaged by the customer, but we can assist with repair services.
How to Return an Item:
